I think you might have the wrong impression of Ikoku Meiro no Croisee. I highly doubt it’ll be like princess tutu, It’ll probably share more in common with Satou Junichi’s other work, Aria ( which is the reason why I’m watching it). If you are unfamiliar with Aria, then you’re probably unaware of how slow paced that show is (and I mean slooooooow). If you can handle a sloooooow paced show, then you’ll might enjoy Ikoku.
I agree with Kyoko, that Natsume Yuujin-Chou San (Natsume’s Book of Friends) is certainly worth watching.
If you are like me and follow DDB to get tips on anime to watch and manga to read, don’t let Ark and Hitch giving this one a pass dissuade you. I understand them not reviewing it since it is now the third season, but if you enjoy a good, slower paced and thoughtful supernatural story, in the vein of Mushishi, then Natsume is for you. Go find it… the manga has been published by VIZ (check out Right Stuff)… watch the anime… and when it is released for the US subbed I’ll be one of the first in line to buy it! Awesome story!
Was that a “The Wizard” Reference I caught at the end, Arkada? I think it was! :) Other than that, good video. Nothing stands out to me right now, so I’ll probably wait to hear what you guys have to say about the shows you watched.
Okay, it’s starting to drive me nuts. As anime reviewers, you guys really need to master pronouncing Romaji. You occasionally address it and you do the best you can, but you really need get on it. It’s not hard, it really isn’t. Here’s a link that’ll help out.
J.O. and Hitch need to have a deathmatch debate over Star Driver. The rest of the Brigade can judge the victor/clean up the loser’s corpse. That way, I might actually begin to care enough to finish watching it.
The trailer sold me on that new penguin show though. I must watch at least one or two episodes of it. Besides, PENGUIN!
I am happy to say that I will be watching Usagi Drop (YAY! Bunny Drop!). I’ve read a bit of the manga, and I quite liked it so… I will be following that. :)

Am I the only one who gets sad when they see that Hellsing 8 is coming out, which makes 4 that have yet to be brought over?
