Food thread (This week - Tempura)

I love Calamari, it's probably one of my favourite seafood dishes. Bakes or fried, I don't care. There's a certain type of sauce that's really good to have it with, but I can't recall what it is at the moment.

If it was from the sea I probably will eat. I love seafood and calamari is one of my favorites.

Never really liked tempura, mainly because it's fried.

If you put it with ramen or udon (like how it's usually eaten), you gotta eat it quick or else it will be soggy and the crunchiness will be gone.

And if you eat it by itself, it's kind of bland, because it's really just fried shrimp.
