I can't be the only one who has fallen in love with this series right? When starting out of a series there are anime you can tell are gonna be bad. There are anime that you need more time to get a feel on. And there are some anime that hook you in the first episode and you know that this anime is gonna be a great one.
I'm getting this feeling with Space Brothers. It's charming, funny, and really down to earth. I can't wait for the next episode. And I hope that I can continue watching it while in England on Cruchyroll.

Anywho:
First episode we are introduced to both of our brothers. And I can tell I'm gonna love Mutta. If he keeps this up I can add him to my list of man-crushes of anime along with Harima Kenji, Kamina and others.
I can feel for Mutta a lot, a person who is actually very qualified to be great but has made mistakes along the way.
I love the humour in the show. It's not over the top and still makes me LOL. Like in the second episode with the screw louse on the chair. And when mutto accidentally flushed his phone down the toilet. Or in the very beginning of the series introducing how the brothers were born. Cracks me up

... so I guess then i'm the only one who wants to talk about this show DX

Well, episode 3 keeps making me love this anime more and more. The first few minuets are hilarious when Mutta is getting his medical exams done with. I'm still loving Mutta as a character more and more. He is beyond adorable, especially when he was looking at himself in the reflection of the space helmet. The girl is pretty adorable in her own way too. Usually, unless it's a romance anime, I don't care for the pairings that much. Mainly because I feel like they are gonna always tease us of them getting together but they would never do. But for this anime I'm really rooting for it to happen. Although I do have my doubts as the manga is still on going, but this is more of an adult anime so I can see it making mature decisions as in those characters getting together somewhere along the series before the ending chapters.
Anywho, I can't wait for more Space Brothers ^_^

I'm a little behind on this show, but I'm trying to catch up because I can tell it's going to be good. I'm a fan of simpler slice-of-life shows like Usagi Drop, so I'm glad I picked this one up.

IKR? How can you not love this guy

I just got done with the first episode and I must say that this is definitely going to be a favorite. I'm very excited to see where it goes.

I would write more, but I'm off to watch episodes 2 and 3!

Oh, and on a random side note, looking this up led me to a pretty good trance group called, you guessed it, The Space Brothers

Episode 4 kept the pace this anime seems to have. Seems that Muta thinks he messed up big time, and to be honest, I can actually see him not getting to go to space if it wasn't for that scene where all the old men were looking at the candidates. Seems to me that not a lot of people on the board like him that much since they refer to him as the older brother. Which to be fair, he is in his brothers shadow right now.
Muta's childish nature also shines in this episode by liking the wall and making a kissy face while the group picture is being taken. I love this man, going through the town with that goofy smile of his and not giving a doodoo that people find it strange.
And now, it looks like next time we are gonna spend some time with Hibito. Which I have been looking forward to because he worries me. Not that I think he is a bad guy or anything. But I haven't gotten any kind of vibe of him being an interesting character every time he is on screen. He seems really boring, but hopefully that is not the case when we actually get to spend some quality time with him next episode.
