You guys should just activate all the accounts and let the mods handle any spam bots that bother us

I would have been fine with this, but I have to say a big no on this because the last time we had spam bots, they posted porn pictures in the threads which is when things got to its worse.

Yes. Even with activation moderation, they occasionally get through.

I think 1/100 accounts are spam bots.

Also, a thought arose to me.

If you don't want certain words which have been discussed about posted on the site due to their offensive nature, why not just implement a censor and punish people who bypass them?
