Generally anything from porn is off-limits for obvious reasons. Even if you want to claim it is, porn is not art, so you can't use the artistic nudity excuse there.

As for anything that's not adult-rated, again, it's really up to the admins. Stuff like full-frontal nudity or sexual depiction of minors are obvious no-nos, but for anything borderline, that's why we have that rule in place. It is actually easier for us if you just ask us through PM if a picture you want to post is allowed. If you wanted to post a "sexy" picture, but the sexy picture in question was of someone who was legal and not exposing their junk, for example Koari's sig, we're okay with it. If you feel your picture is racier than that, then PM us about it.

It's our job to make sure the forums run smoothly, so we don't mind people PMing us more. I actually encourage it and using the report button. It makes our job easier when people talk to us.

I am noticing that at 4:00 PM Pacific Standard Time, I am experiencing lag. Before I go insane and scour the net and bug my friends, I'd like to know if there is something wrong with the server, as it is only this site that has this problem. Been having it the whole week and it only lasts for a few minutes.

Regarding rule 14

Why are you letting people know the information of why a user was banned? you may as well just let them know publicly, because you have no rule for users who you answer to leak the information and anyone who actually has the user on their IM list can easily just ask and post it publicly.

you may as well just not reveal any of that information period.

We try to keep banning as discreet as possible so as to avoid any extraneous/argument over bannings, but to be generally available. We prefer that any particulars information about a banning be discussed with an administrator, rather then a public outcry which can often be fueled by misinformation.

There are seven stickies in the anime section. That's a tad excessive, don't you think?

Also, the weekly manga/anime discussion threads seem really unneeded. If one wants to talk about the show on their mind, there's nothing stopping them or against the rules to make a thread on the subject. I get why you're doing it, to stir up discussion on the site, but it seems unnecessary.

As far as the weekly anime/manga discussion, Raven came up with that and i'll let her answer it. As far as my opinion on it i'm on the middle of it.
