and the review is up: http://www.desudesbrigade.com/2012/03/g ... ddy-grade/

Sorry for the delay, but I had to deal with several midterms and projects over the last two weeks. Also sorry for any delay that may occur in the next few weeks as I have even more presentations and essays to complete before the end of term. Hopefully I'll still be able to complete a reasonable amount of reviews in that time but it never hurts to be prepared for the worst.

Also, any guess as to what the next review might be? I think it's a little easier than last time. Bonus Points if you can also tell me what episode of the show it's from.

Good as ever, with excellent use of clips and a nice balance between the positives and the negatives. This isn't a show I was eager to go out of my way for before and that hasn't changed, so I guess your review did its job. Indeed, repeated plot twists can be excruciatingly difficult to handle well, although I have seen it done. It's also nice to see you brought back the Peak of Anime Greatness (I can already hear Hardy moaning about a certain economics-heavy show still being there, which makes me grin sadistically).

If I were to guess, that could be Full Metal Panic: The Second Raid... I'm not even going to try for the bonus points, though, because I've only seen clips of the show myself. Regardless, I look forward to it.

I'm not completely sure where I heard about this series, but I don't think I really understood it until now. It sounds somewhat interesting, though it feels like there are better things I could watch before this.

Cool review bro. One minor thing, the GOTT is actually a reference to the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade. In the retchingly awful sequel Kiddy Girl-and (may it never pollute our shores) they even dialed back the subtlety even further and called it the Galactic Trade Organization.

So less religious pseudo-profundity and more geopolitical pseudo-profundity.

Yay! Glad this was finally up! And I agree that Gonzo has a 50/50 chance of either an amazing show or a crap one.

My first thought when the end audio played was "It's Vic Mignogna and guns..... SDF Macross?"
