So, did anyone else watch the best animated show of 2011? Who was your favorite idol? Favorite episode? Favorite song?

Spoiler: show
Not even trolling about it being the best animated. Dead serious.

I wouldn't say it was the best animated (not trying to start a fight here, don't kill me), but it was definitely up there in terms of animation quality.

Both openings ("Ready" and "Change") were my favorites, but that's probably because they got the most playtime. Many other songs only played once, and I'm not that big of a fan, so I didn't bother listening to them more than once.

Favorite character has to be Makoto, I liked her inner identity conflict arc. Though I gotta say that may just be my soft spot for female characters who act like tomboys.

Favorite episode is probably that wedding episode. I think it was the funniest. Makoto's episode is also great.

Sorry to burst your bubble, but in sheer scale of animation IdolM@ster was the best and most consistently well animated show in the last few years solely for the finale performances of both halves.

And yeah, I agree that the Azusa episode was one of the best. As was the episode for YAKUSOKU!

Why do you always have to argue? Is it some sort of incurable habit?

TCT, I seriously would bring up the Superman vs Goku argument if I was caught by a mood and force it regardless of what stance you took.

This is usually avoided by providing citations of evidence.

And yes. Nearly every family relationship has been ruined because yes, we pick arguments over everything.

Another show that suprised me, I genuinely enjoyed it.

Hell episode 21 is one of my favourite episodes in general nevermind just the series.

Personally, I was a bit disappointed with 21, if only because we have dat Yakusoku concert to showcase the best song Chihaya has ever done and one of the most heart warming scenes.

Dead serious, this scene had more emotional impact on me than most anime I have seen, period.

Well actually I go the episode number off by 1, I agree with you on episode 20.
