Basically, I liked it as much as I liked the Avengers. Speaking of the Avengers I've gotta say that the scale of this film trumps that of Whedon's magnum opus (IMO) and it was well built up, to be expected of the Nolan bros.

Bane was like Darth Vader with a british accent, I missed some of his dialogue from how muffled it sounded but I didn't miss anything important, I think. Anne Hathaway was great as Catwoman, I'm glad the cameraman didn't emphasise her rather tight suit.

This film feels like a continuation of 'Begins' more than it does of TDK, but there are some more than token acknowelgements of the end of TDK.

The gadgets, plenty of them: The Tumbler (not tumblr) gets plenty of use in this, as does the Batpod and the Bat in it's debut.

Bottom line is:
I highly reccomend seeing this, especially for those who've seen the other two films.

Oh, forgot something. Theres a cameo that ought to pleasantly suprise fans of a certain long running (american) Sci-fi series.

Most likely going to check out this movie Friday with my brother, so i'll give my thoughts then. However, I will say that i'm pretty hyped for this and I hope it does not disappoint.

I liked the Dark Knight. It didn't blow my mind like many other people and I don't remember much of it, but I remember liking it a lot.

I highly doubt this will be able to beat the Avengers, mostly impart to what appears to be an in name only version of an incredibly shitty villain from the nineties, whose only claim to fame was breaking Batman's back.

Go reread that storyline up to the back breaking.

Then read Secret Six.

Then punch yourself in the face for being incredibly wrong.

I'm planning on seeing it with Hasteguy sometime. Hopefully next week after he visits his family. The two of us have been wanting to see this for forever!

Finished my Dark Knight Marathon and is pumped for the Dark Knight Rises ^_^

But you know what, Batman Begins pisses me off D<
Not because it was a bad movie. But because *dolphin noise* Jack Gleeson was in it, that annoying yonic symbol dog shitter douche Joffrey from Game of Thrones was in Batman Begins D<
Sure he only had two minor scenes but who cares that kid has such an annoying face.

Perfect casting for Joffrey I'd say.

Definitely gonna go see this. The only question is when, especially since I'm leaving for Japan and Hong Kong soon.

I'll try to catch it on the 27th.

I plan on seeing this next week with my family. We rarely see movies together, but we saw The Dark Knight together when it first came out in theaters we loved it.

Will I like it more than the Avengers? Eh, it doesn't really matter. Sure, they're both comic book hero movies from rival companies, but they have little else in common.

THIS WAS INCREDIBLE!!!!

I can't say which I like more, Dark Knight Rises or Avengers since I'm in that state where I'm like... well this "THIS WAS INCREDIBLE!!!!". Same goes at choosing which one was my favourite in the trilogy.

You should watch this movie if you liked the other two.
