Let's get down to business~ To defeat the rangers!

So yeah, I want to make a fighter of this.
My plan is to try and find an opesource Fighter I can add characters to and just use that to make the game once I have the time :/

Special1: Binding of Blood- Basically, I use blood to slow them down somehow... is that possible to do somehow?
S2: Poisoned Cake- Cuts strength, I guess?
S3: Rain of Knives- Lots of knives projectile attack. That possible?
Combo1: Bloodwrath- several attacks with Knifey-chan from different angles with little chance of being countered or whatever it's called?
C2: Flying Knife- I throw Knifey-chan at them, then kick them while they have her wedged in the forehead.
C3: Salt Storm- Throw a bag of salt at them, leaving them defenceless, then cut them?
C4: Batter Wave- A wave of poisonous cake batter slowly eats away at their health? Maybe a tornado?[/spoiler:1di211t4]

S2: Taser Bullet - Long range; minor damage, but briefly immobilizes the target.
S3: Cyborg Tiger Charge - I send my powerful ally in for a very powerful attack.
C1: Dissection Table - I don't use anaesthetics. Massive damage, slows the target down.
C2: Explosive Flourish - A wide-area series of explosions, with swag.
C3: Heavily Armed Satellite of Doom - A deadly, nearly unavoidable laser strike FROM SPACE!
C4: Mad Science Special - Explosions, lasers, fire, poison, electric shock, blades... all rolled into one epic combo![/spoiler:1di211t4]

Power Kick: Cheerleader wannabe kick: I do a cheerleader kick to the opponent's face.... But I fall over, hurting the opponent more.
Special1: Cupcake bomb: I throw a rather colorful cupcake that explodes.
S2: Cuteness attack: I trip and tear up, the opponent's attack is weakened for a limited time.
S3: Bow and Arrow: I shoot a cute pink bow and arrow.
Combo1: Transport: I can transport a few feet away to avoid getting hurt. I can only use this three times though.
C2:Star blast: I throw an array of pastel colors at the opponent.
C3: Slide: I slide back and forth at a fast rate and get the opponent dizzy, the opponent can't attack me correctly for a limited amount of time.
C4:Eternal Anger: Unleashes an attack that causes massive damage on opponent[/spoiler:1di211t4]
