Qixie and I weren't planning on booking our room till later today (Monday) so we'd gladly take up the spots left by Suba and oog... Presuming that someone's willing to switch rooms since both only have one opening.

Any takers for a room swap?

Itchy, Noah, and Jrn can stay in my room, while Prof, Dresden, and Qixie can stay with Dorcas, and Suba and his buddies can stay together in their own room. That's one possible solution.

If anyone has any personal preferences, or if anybody wants to share their room with someone in particular, then we still have plenty of time to speak up. After all, there's still a good three months until the convention, and odds are final room placements won't be established until the day of. AND considering we've asked for the two rooms to be next to each other with the option of opening them both up, it's basically going to be one massive eight-person room anyways.

Also to consider is that Lunar_Shadow is planning on staying at the Hilton as well. You might want to talk to her about room placement too.

So if you have any preferences... PLEASE SPEAK UP!!!

I would like to join up if I could...I've done the evil thing and snuck in (w/ family before). But I'd rather go legit. Since its less than slightly 3 months there is still time to make another group formation. I'm sorry for not talking about it sooner...I'm slowly getting to know you guys <3

(I'm not that shy about sleeping in the same room as a female if that's how it goes...I'm very respectful when it comes to situations like this...)

So how would the mathematics of the room arrangements work? We all pay 50 for 2 nights?

Edit: *Screams* HOLD IT! Wait, I just talked to Hardy on a stream. Made a suggestion to do some groups of 3 alongside the groups of 4. For those people they would have to pay only 16 more dollars. But that's not too bad for a hotel arrangement like this. I'd be willing to pay a little more given the fact I get paid 3 times in June, that Friday being a payday.

Edit 2: I would be willing to help out with some food costs also if that further persuades anyone.

*slams down debit card* Alright...I'll do this, I'm going to reserve a hotel room there. I'm willing, in Hardy's words, to be a MAUN and throw down. My challenge to you or anyone who reads this, if one or two of you are willing to join my room, I'll compensate the other groups slightly by giving 10 dollars to each of them.

That would make one room with 4, and 3 rooms with 3...I'll call that lucky.

Oh and furthermore, I work at Pizza Hut on weekends. I can get an initial 20 percent discount. If possible, I may convince them to give us an awesome deal for one of those nights.

Edit: I made sure to get a king double, and there weren't many of those left. I'm glad you guys have cocered me into this. I'm kinda excited.

Edit 2: I just called the Pizza Hut closest to our Hotel. I'm setting it up so when we make an order it can be done in the most efficient way possible!

I'm also quite interested, once the 3rd rolls along I'll start putting in the stuff for the hotel and whatnot, I'm also willing to join up with Miserablegerm and be in his group.

I know i'm not rooming with ya'll and i mean no offense to said people but i would maybe not room Prof and Dresden together cause if the stuff I've seen in the IRC is any indication then things might get thrown (literally and figuratively).
