Hm... I think the editor Ancisi deserves some mention here. She's not amazing technically, but her videos always have fantastic pathos.

No Reason (which is really not accurate, as there is a perfectly good reason for this AMV, and that answer is BIG BOOM)

Don't Touch Me! (Another goofy Ouran one where I almost feel ashamed for finding it so amusing. )

Junjo Rhapsody (Junjo Romantica, and definitely not what I would have expected from an AMV for a yaoi series)

Apparently my unofficial quest to obtain the entire South Park movie OST in AMV form continues, because here's a Code Geass one set to "Up There."

Also, Mexicananime - I found another good Mushishi AMV.
